Short version: SleepOff is designed to keep your bedtime routine on your device. We do not require an account, do not show ads, do not sell personal data, and do not use Accessibility to read messages, passwords, or screen content.

1. Who We Are

SleepOff is a bedtime app blocker operated by Rahat Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how SleepOff handles information when you use the mobile app and related website.

2. Information Stored On Your Device

SleepOff stores the information needed to run your bedtime blocker locally on your device. This may include:

Your bedtime and wake-up schedule.
The days when your schedule is active.
Your selected blocked app package names.
Whether features such as strict mode or morning lock are enabled.
Local onboarding, trial, and Pro status values used by the app.

This information is used to block the apps you selected during your configured bedtime window. It is not used to build an advertising profile.

3. Android Accessibility Service

On Android, SleepOff uses the Accessibility Service permission so it can detect when a selected app is opened during your bedtime schedule and return you to the home screen.

SleepOff does not use Accessibility to read your messages, passwords, notifications, typed text, browsing content, payment information, or unrelated screen content. SleepOff does not use Accessibility data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. Installed App List

SleepOff may read the list of launchable apps installed on your device so you can choose which apps to block. This app list is used for the picker inside SleepOff. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to profile you.

5. Purchases and Billing Verification

If you buy a subscription, start a trial through a store purchase flow, or buy a lifetime unlock, payment is handled by Google Play or Apple App Store. SleepOff does not receive your full payment card details.

To verify purchases and prevent fraud, SleepOff may send limited billing information to Rahat Labs servers and the relevant app store. This may include your app package name, product ID, purchase token, order or purchase ID, entitlement status, app version, and an app installation identifier.

6. Website Data

When you visit this website, your browser may automatically send basic technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested page, and time of request to the hosting provider so the site can be delivered securely and reliably.

7. What We Do Not Do

We do not require you to create an account to use SleepOff.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not show advertising in SleepOff.
We do not use third-party behavioral advertising SDKs.
We do not use Accessibility data for any purpose unrelated to bedtime app blocking.

8. Sharing With Service Providers

We may use service providers to operate SleepOff and its website, including app stores, purchase verification infrastructure, website hosting, and cloud infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Local SleepOff settings remain on your device until you change them, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Billing verification records may be kept as needed to maintain entitlement history, prevent fraud, support refunds, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

You can delete local app data by uninstalling SleepOff or clearing its app storage from your device settings.

10. Children

SleepOff is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. International Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information. Because most SleepOff routine data is stored locally on your device, many controls are available directly through your device and app settings. 12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the limited information processed by SleepOff services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we design SleepOff to avoid collecting sensitive information that is not needed for the product.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SleepOff changes. If the changes are material, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website.

SleepOff is a habit and screen-time tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or monitor a sleep disorder.
